This was the first hot sauce in the world to feature hops. Handcrafted with my own habaneros, it combines the bright tropical notes of hops with the refreshing aroma of Japanese sansho pepper. The result is a luxurious evolution of Heaven: first the aroma, then the heat, followed by a clean, tightening bitterness—a truly next-generation hot sauce. Created for those who pursue flavor at the highest level.
