The story behind this sauce is special: Brooklyn’s renowned hot sauce shop, HEATONIST, which has carried Mellow Habanero from the very beginning and now serves customers worldwide, requested a Yuzu-flavored creation. After extensive testing and collaboration, this Japanese-version bottle was launched in 2020.

Great on grilled chicken, fish, salads, noodles, or rice dishes, bringing a bright, refreshing citrus heat.
